New book looks at anti-aging cures - Dr. Forsythe

Looking for a way to stop the aging process? New book offers some solutions that many may find encouraging and others will find skeptical.

There are not many among us that look forward to aging. Most people worry about keeping their minds in tact while others worry about being able to get out of a chair without help from someone much younger. Dr. James Forsythe has written a new book, Anti-Aging Cures Life Changing Secrets to Reverse the Effects of Aging (Vanguard Press, 2011, ISBN: 978-0-9844307-3-4) that may provide some solutions to the age old problem of aging.

Aging, Death and Taxes

Dr. Forsythe tells readers on page one, “You’ve probably heard that old expression “nothing is certain but death and taxes.” We all grow old. We develop health problems. Then we die. That’s the certainty we’ve been taught to expect. We’re told that aging and all of the painful and unsightly symptoms associated with aging are unavoidable conditions that must simply be endured.”

Wow! What a way to start a book. Those that are over the age of 45 will be able to relate to the statement in a number of ways. The author writes that he has the personal and professional experience to enlighten readers to a new fact of life, “what you’ve been told about aging and what you may believe are no longer true!”

Biostimulate Biological Blueprint

The author promises the book will reveal “natural and affordable substances that you can utilize to biostimulate your biological footprint to look and feel young again.” In other words, Dr. Forsythe is offering readers a way to the proverbial fountain of youth.

The author explains, in pretty good detail, the use of injectable human growth hormone to renew one’s zest for life, increase personal productivity, and enhance vitality. The treatments and supporting products that Forsythe discusses in the book may not be for everyone. Nonetheless, the research he presents is an interesting consideration.

Anti-Aging Discussions

Dr. Forsythe breaks the book into four sections, creating an anti-aging lifestyle, using an anti-aging silver bullet, enjoying the anti-aging benefits and finally protecting anti-aging rights. The last section of the book reveals that the author was arrested in 2005 for allegedly prescribing human growth hormones off label. He describes the four fear mongers that work against his anti-aging process including:

  • The media
  • Politicians, both federal and state
  • Allopathic physicians who work with the “big pharma” and federal regulatory agencies
  • Big Pharma or the pharmaceutical companies that can and do profit from all of the prescription drugs most people have to take to maintain their health.

Anti-Aging Solutions

That mythical fountain of youth may be closer than we think. The solutions that Dr. Forsythe writes about may not be for everyone, yet. He does include some technical research on using growth hormones that proves that it may be the base of slowing down or as his book promises, reversing the effects of aging. As with so many solutions these days, there just doesn’t seem to be enough long-term research to make it acceptable to all.

I would recommend the book to those who have an open mind about trying less traditional methods of taking care of one’s health. For those that like to stay with more traditional solutions, the author does include several chapters on natural anti-aging biostimultors, nutrients, organics, and other natural cures for aging that readers will find helpful.

The writing is easy enough to understand and follow that I would also recommend the book for those that have been reluctant to accept such a solution. The book will either sway that particular reader into considering growth hormones as a possible solution or drive their objections even deeper.
